I happened upon him, as so many people did, because of 'Lulz Sec' linking to him. And what a great thing that turned out to be!
So!
Who is Doctor Steel? Essentially a hell-bent mad scientist who's planning on taking over the world. Also. A musician. And a damn interesting one at that. By far the most interesting genre i've listened to since Indian-Folk-x-Dubstep (see Engine Earz)...
He's also something of a philosopher. A wonderful take on things mentioned previously (in a post about transhumanism). He describes what I would be keen to see happen one day. Humans evolving to a 'singularity'.
Watch all his Public Service Announcements, they are interesting and fun to watch to! But! Most of all. Enjoy the music. Its exquisite! And there's not a lot out there like it!
